I love reading, cross stitching, painting by numbers and jigsaw puzzles but was wanting something new to do to help me relax. So I tried Paint with Diamonds and loved it! These kits from PaintGem are so cute with everything a newbie needs to get started. It's so easy! Haven't decided if I am going to frame them or make cards out of them. Either way, score! I think I'm going to buy a few more as gifts.

These were really fun to do!
I love the way the designs feel incredibly intentional - the color placements are clearly placed by hand and designed *for* diamond painting.
Each flower took me somewhere between 40 minutes to an hour to paint, and they were so small that I could easily pack them with me on trips, or work on them away from my normal larger desk.

The colors are vibrant, and the basic tool kit was perfectly servicable (I love the plastic wax caddy, I have since stolen it to use as a trash drill collector!) - I will say that I did add a better tray with higher sides, because I like to hold my tray in my hand as I work and thus have my preferred style.

Paintgems were the diamond paintings that got me into diamond painting in the first place - and 6 months after starting the craft (and finishing 4 large 50x70 cm + sized kits), I can now say that they are amazing!
Great for beginners, but also perfect as an in-between larger projects.

Used this set to make Mother’s Day frame cards! Loved that each one does not take too long but look so beautiful!!

Words cannot describe how much I love these sets. I received one as a gift and have been hooked ever since. They are so fun to do and the designs are beautiful. My mom also got hooked and now we do PaintGems together. We are already putting in an order for 2 more sets!

So relaxing! I love that these are smaller sized. I can get one done in an hour or two. Definitely clears my mind when it's heavy! Beautiful flowers.
